2-Issues a) Book is not attaching to my author profile and B) it needs a cover. Help please?

This book is not added under my profile although I swear I did that and its cover is not transferring from Amazon. Can someone help me please?

Never mind... It is now attaching to my name.

I had edited it to show on your profile.

If you add future books you need to us A.C.^^James instead of A.C.^James.
