Of every book you've ever read in your entire life, what book character would you save from dying?
Who are they?
What series or novel are they from?
And why would you save them?

I have a lot in mind because I've been weeping a lot these past few months. I could name all the characters I want to save in each series.
First off, Percy Jackson series. I so want to save BIANCA DI ANGELO! Even though she was prophesied to die, I don't care! I also want to save Beckendorf and Silena. I also want to save Zoe! As much as I want to save Luke as well, with Thalia as Artemis' lieutenant and immortal and forbidden to love and all, I see no point for Luke to save Luke when there'll be no ThaLuke.
In Heroes of Olympus, no one dear hasn't died a very painful death that has made me cry so much yet so none but if Esperanza Valdez counts, then I'll save her.
In Harry Potter series, I'D LOVE TO SAVE LILY AND JAMES POTTER, SIRIUS BLACK, REMUS LUPIN, TONKS, FRED, DOBBY AND DUMBLEDORE. Do I need to explain why they need to be saved? *heavy sobbing*
In Hunger Games, PRIMROSE EVERDEEN PERIOD! She didn't even get to reach sixteen! And of course, FINNICK! Poor Annie, she's alone and she just got married! RUE! I mean she's so young and she's just wonderful! I'm gonna cry!
TMI -- Max... Max, yes! Oh poor Max Lightwood. Killed by Clary's hateful brother! He's so adorable and he had to die.. I will save him!
Divergent -- Of course, Andrew and Natalie Prior. They had to die to save Tris but... I just can't take it. And Lynn and Marlene, they were great people!

First of all, I COMPLETELY agree with the comment above!
And I would save Brom, from Eragon, Legossi from Oracles of Fire by Bryan Davis, Will from Divergent by Victoria Roth.
And if Riordan DARES kill anyone in House of Hades...need anything more be said?

In Harry Potter I would want to save Sirius Black and Lupin. I think Harry deserved to have a father figure that was actually connected to him in some way, and I believe that Teddy should have got to keep at least one parent.
In the Hunger Games I would have saved Finnick. I think it was just really messed up that he died.
In the Kate Daniels series I would have saved aunt Bea because I really don't think it was her right time to die, she had so much more to live for.

I SOOOO agree w/you about Beckendorf and Silena! I cried when they died! i wish they could have lived! and bianca! she was sweet!!
In The daughters of the Moon series, I would save Hector, maggie, (penelope) and Tianna's family. she deserves that. and also, Catty's mother. (her blood mother)
In Lioness Rampt by tamora pierce Id save Kalasin and Lightfingers, and Thom, and DEFFANETLY NOT Duke Roger of Cont'e!! ( I know i spelled that wrong!)
In The Raised by Wolves series i would save Chase, and a couple others i cant rember their names...

Bringing back a character from death cheapens the impact of said death. If no character could die, there is no reason for the readers to develop attachments to them.
