Funny, I remember combining the Cuckoo calling awhile ago too. So many editions for so many novels! (I think the title may be wrong for the first, I'll go check it out and fix it)

I don't know about master-post, we just get requests and we do it? Someone more experienced may be more able to answer your question than I, sorry Sarah :(
