Problem with kelsey?

Kelly I agree with you and have wondered the same thing. The only comparison I can think of is that neither is described as being overly attractive yet the men around them act as if they are. But even that comparison is a stretch since Kelsey's selfless, loyal and loving personality is enough attraction on its own.

Melina She used Kishan as a way to get away from Ren... That was my only issue. You'd probably have to read book three and some of book four (Kishan and Kelsey get engaged and Kelsey still gets to act like she has to have both brothers?) to understand what I mean. I get that she's trying to protect herself, but she does it in the worst way after the second book.

Without a doubt she has her flaws. I just don't see her and Bella being a fair or accurate comparison.

Also, I think a lot of the reason she stayed with Kishan is guilt. She gave him her word she was over Ren and felt the need to stick by it. Granted she would have been able to get over that much faster if she wasn't afraid.

Kelly Oops, sorry hope I didn't spoil anything.

Melina Awnsnap, sorry about spoiling!!!

She's compared with Bella because of the Love Triangle, I guess, and probably because the writer was a fan of Twilight and sort of incorporated some elements (ALTHOUGH, the Tiger's Curse books are way better in my opinion). xD

& Kelly, yeah, she stayed with Kishan out of guilt, but... it's still pretty unfair to all three parties. She could have talked about it with him, but what's done is done, I suppose :B

Lauren I personally loved and am obsessed with the tiger's curse series. I don't think that Kelsey should be compared to Bella from Twilight because they are two completely different characters. But I also have to say that Kelsey is annoying and has major character flaws. She is extremely insecure, and she uses Kishan knowing very well what she is doing. Her heart was never his from the very beginning. She gets mad over little thing, like she's almost looking for a fight. But she's not all bad either. She's willing to put herself in harms way for the people she cares about, she's smart, relatable, thoughtful and brave. So she might not win character of the year for her faults, but she does have her good qualities.

Melina (Thank you, Shamima♥ :3)

I agree with Lauren (great points, btw, Lauren!). & it might be the extremely insecure quality, but the above comment's right. & I wish people didn't compare different characters or different books (in different genres), but alas, they do :/

Jackie I think Kelsey was a strong person, a good character, but acted about 15 years old. That was the author's fault, though, not the character's.

Yari Sanchez Ramos Kelsey was a good and strong character. The only thing that I found annoying was her stubbornness into admitting her feelings for Ren, to such a point that even in learning that he might stay behind on the past, she wouldn't say anything! Oh, and the fact that her dreams were super clear and revealing and then she wouldn't take them into account at all in her life. Other than that, she was great!

versa WAIT!!!! WHAT HAPPENED WITH KISHAN AND KELSEY???????
***Oh my God, this is Clockwork Angel all over again! :(

Emmaofto ehem.....oh no, she only acts like a 10 year old retard and made me throw all objects across the room, yell a few times and punch a few a people. Who am I kidding? I just wanted to give her a flying ninja kick to the face but, that's okay! Because it wouldn't of happened anyway, her slav- I mean Tiger boyfriend(S) would've stopped me anyway. t._.t
But good things about her? she doe's have a few things that I like about her, she's definitely one of my fave main characters ever in a book but that's coz its sorta a love-hate relationship, is that just me?

Cambria Evans I do not like the Tiger's Curse Saga, at all. My two main problems are the writing style and Kelsey. The writing is plain and boring. Noting special. And Kelsey, is annoying, whinny, and insecure. She acted like a baby and at that point, I was just done with the series. It's not worth reading.

bipasha There isn't any problem with Kelsey. Kelsey is the problem.

Anjana Everyone has their flaws. Imagine being in her position.

Ying McGriff This series is one of my most favorite. I love Ren and Kishan, they're loyal, caring, hot, and just extraordinary. I love Kelsey, I really do, but sometimes I just want to punch her in the face. She overthink things, insecure, and won't see what's right in front of her! I mean, if she didn't leave to go back to Oregon in the first book, Ren might not have get capture at all. While I know the author is the one who wrote all of this, I can't stop myself from wanting to punch Kelsey. She's also a little bit clingy, overdramatic, and can't seem to decide what she wants. Nevertheless, I love them anyway.

Shelby I love everything about the Tiger's Curse Series and I love Kelsey, but my biggest problem with her is that I didn't feel she had a very good reason for running away from Ren (mainly the first time). I mean they were happy and great and then all of a sudden she thinks, "Wait, hes super hot. Its probably not going to work out. Better aggressively run away from my feelings and then put a whole ocean of space between us. Yeah, that'll work." I get its insecurity, but I feel like that bit could have been written a bit better.

Nnbell I was really hoping for more time at the circus to build Ren and Kelsey's relationship. Does anyone feel like Kelsey is a little too chill with Ren becoming human? Also, the love from Ren doesn't seem earned to me at the beginning. Your thoughts? What are your thoughts on the intro to this book and how Kelsey acts and how you'd like her to change?

ok, now tell us how you really feel. :)

Ying McGriff ok, i kind of understand what Lizzie mean. There have definitely been times where i just want to shake Kelsey or just say the obvious. her uncertainty between the brothers also annoy me a bit, though i can understand why she might feel conflicted. I supposed one of the few things i like about Kelsey is her sense of humor. But Kelsey can have her moments.

I totally agree and I love how the storyline was put!
