This will be updated periodically, so that new members can catch up. But here's some basic information to get started.
The Eziv'l
~ There is no limit to the number of Hunters available.
~ However, only five initiates may be in training at one time.
~ The initiates must agree to have their memories erased before they begin training. After they've mastered the skills necessary to become a member of the Eziv'l, their bodies are surgically enhanced to be stronger, faster, smarter, and to have wolf-like qualities. A small computer chip implanted in their brains give them the ability to communicate with any member of The Eziv'l telepathically. It also forces them to obey orders from the leaders.
~ There are five leadership positions open: The Alpha, who is the undisputed leader of The Eziv'l. The Beta, who is the Alpha's chosen second-in-command and future leader of the hunt. And three advisers who assist with the training of new recruits.
~ Once they've completed training, each new member is given a Liirwolf, which is a genetically-altered beast designed to assist the Eziv'l in hunts and be their constant companion. The Liirwolves can hear and understand the thoughts of their Hunters and communicate with them telepathically.
~ The Eziv'l hate magic of any kind. All supernatural creatures are hunted and slaughtered indiscriminately, believed to be inherently evil. No exceptions. Those who believe otherwise either attempt to find the Hadvii or are killed.
The Hadvii
~ There are far less Hadvii than Eziv'l. The maximum original membership is 10 people.
~ Unlimited new recruits can join the Hadvii, but they must first decide to leave The Eziv'l.
~ The Hadvii only prey on the supernatural creatures who have proven themselves to be evil. They realize that some Vampyres can be good, while others choose darkness. Many didn't choose the lives they were forced to live. The Hadvii believe that the same concept applies to other creatures-- demons, faeries, shapeshifters, and the like. Their primary mission is to protect humans and innocents from harm.
~ There are three leadership positions open: a leader, a second-in-command, and an adviser.
The Vampyres
~ Vampyres are created, not born.
~ They can be either good or evil, but they generally prey on humans.
The Humans
~ They live in the modern world, oblivious to the supernatural conflict around them.
~ Only the most destitute and desperate of humans become a part of the Eziv'l-- orphans, drug addicts, street dwellers, and the like. This way, their disappearances won't be missed.
Other Supernatural Creatures
~ These can be demons, shapeshifters, faeries, etc. Check with me if you aren't sure.
