Hey, I just wanna say you're probably the first person I've come across who feels the same with gender equality. I can't even begin on how often the female post dominates. Does my nut in.
I prefer realistic romance, with a twist of course. Like rivals, I guess:P What about you?

It's aggravating, it really is. I mean, it doesn't make me angry because one is longer than the other, that can happen here and there. But when it's always like that and it's always for the female posts, then I begin to get pissed off because I have no other option but to write more for the boy because they've given me more to work with and -
It's just easier if we both post equally. It's not that hard
Mini rant over. :)
Slice of Life with a twist, got it. Rivals sounds pretty interesting, actually.
I had in mind, also, perhaps some sort of...hm...I don't know....gang member and some sort of rich and snobby person? The whole cliche rich persona, y'know? Refuses to get dirty, are quite egocentric, overdramatic.
And then for the gang member it's more 'they've lived a terrible life, they hate the rich people, they're strong but are troubled'
And...let a romance develop from there.
But that's just an idea, haha.

You know what'd make that even more interesting? If the guy was the snob and the girl was the gang-member/rebel. Depends on what gender you want for the role;) Personally, I don't mind. But I like that idea. We could have one family move in next to the other and have it start from there? Mother's could be friends? or fathers?
Hm, I was more seeing as the girl always being rude to the poor boy and downgrading him but switching the genders around sounds quite interesting. So we could give it a go. Would you prefer that the roleplays interlock or you'd rather two separate ideas?
I'd prefer two separate ideas, gives us a little more to think about;) Though, if you fancy an interlocked RP then that's totally fine too. Sorry, I'm terrible at decision making.
If you prefer it then we can do two separate ideas, I'm all right with that. You wanted to do something rivals, correct?
Indeed.
I have a few ideas, I mean, I'm good with a typical high school. But I think if we did do rivalry, we'd do better to make it a little less, you know. Predictable. I mean, we could have something along the lines of a business rivalry? I mean, ya' got Tesco v Asda. What about a clothing line?

Hm, sure, that sounds intriguing. How would the two see each other, though? Since they have their own stores and whatnot and if they each own the clothing line...they'd be up in offices all day.
That's what I'm stuck on. Have you got any ideas? I can't even think right now xD
Oops, sorry.
Hm, I don't really know, to tell you the truth. When I think of rivals, I think of high school. unfortunately. Something along the lines of there having just been an election and both rivals tied to become president and so they must find a way to work together or something.
That, or one of them won by very few votes and the other was made vice president, and so the tension is there of them having to see each other everyday. Perhaps the vice president attempts to make the president sick so they can be president for a day, giving them a chance to show the students what they're missing out on or something...

I don't know...
That sounds so much better, ill happily go with that. I'm guessing you mean school when you say students. Sorry, we don't have that where I am xD I was a little confused at first.
You don't have students?
Yeah, school/students...same thing, haha.
Who would you like to play?
Yeah, school/students...same thing, haha.
Who would you like to play?
Haha, I meant school president...we don't have that over here either, class presidents and such.
All right then, I'll get to work on my guys.
All right then, I'll get to work on my guys.
No, we don't have school/class president. Sorry, didn't make that very clear:P
And I wouldn't mind being the guy for the president/vice president RP, and the girl for the gangster/good one.
And I wouldn't mind being the guy for the president/vice president RP, and the girl for the gangster/good one.
I meant to put one guy and one girl, not two girls-_- I'm sorry, I'm really losing it today.
All right then, I'll get to work on my characters then. Would you prefer small or detailed sheets?
Whatever you'd prefer, I don't mind. Ill get to work on mine too.

Specific markings/tattoos: N/A
Personality/history: Alex, oh Alex. How could one possibly describe little old Alex? Well, he certainly wasn't one of those out of control teenagers. In fact, he was the complete opposite. I'm not saying the guy was some sort of goody goody, but he didn't rebel. Alex was a smart lad, he didn't misbehave that often and treated his elders with respect. Alex's parents were strict, they taught him law and order in his home. Alex's bedroom was always tidy, he always did his chores and completed simple tasks for either or both his parents. At home were his two siblings: Younger sister Delia and older brother Leon. Leon was easy to get on with, he'd gone through puberty and had actually matured. Delia, however, wasn't even close. The girl was horrifying; a face covered in make-up and a skirt so high you could see things a brother, or anyone, just shouldn't see. Alex had grown up with this sort of life. Nothing really devastating ever happened. Of course, his parents argued from time to time and once he'd lost his dad for a month, but that was god knows how long ago and everything was back to normal now. Alex was aiming to major in law, he already took it as a GCSE and planned on going ahead to A Level. The guy would succeed, you could see the potential he had in his essays, and in some cases, his draft books. Oh, Alex had many of those. Alex's high school had a class president. This student would take on a lot of challenges for the year they stood. After the year, the president and vice president would be re-elected or a new face would step up and fill in the previous commandants place. Alex had taken the stand to become class president this year, he'd never had to balls to volunteer last year.
Interests: Studying, mainly. Alex wasn't actually allowed much of a life, by that I mean computers and Xbox was a no go. Of course he had a laptop, he just wasn't allowed to use it that often. For a 16 year old, Alex's freedom was sparse.
Other: Alex was a real animal fan, he had his own Bichon Frise named Rex. Oh, and Felix the cat. Though, Alex didn't like Felix all that much. Felix was a bit, well, shabby with his personality.

Christian name: Angelina (Angela)
Surname: Valentina-Carlotta
DOB: 23rd August
Age: 16
Parents: Jane Valentina, Arthur Carlotta.
Siblings: Beth Carlotta (12, Half sister.) Miranda Valentina-Carlotta (16, identical twin)
Appearance: http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lks...
Specific markings/tattoos: N/A
Personality/history: Angela's personality couldn't differ more compared to Alex's. Angela's parents were snobby people who expected the best of everything and everyone. They didn't quite get that from Angela, she was what most people call a rebel. Well, she was a rebel and that was that. The girl was insane. Angela played the drums, guitar and bass. Mainly at 12am, just to aggravate the neighbours. Oh it definitely worked. Angela had been excluded from her last high-school, forcing her and her twin to move down to a less-local one. Jane insisted the twins stayed together. Angela's parents found it impossible to keep up with her, she was always out and about, changing her fashion and hair colour. It drove them both up the wall. Though, it annoyed Miranda more than anybody. Most identical twins were stereotyped to be the same, but this set of twins couldn't be more different. Angela wasn't normal, she had so many different hair colours and fashion ideas, a different attitude too. Angela was a trouble maker, she drunk quite a bit and wasn't afraid to have a bit of fun. Angela's house was on an estate full of dare I say, rich snobs. Angela caused havoc for these poor people. These was word about a new family moving in, which meant a whole lot more fun for Angie.
Interests: Music, music, music. Angela was a real musician, not one of those crappy autotuned swagfags you came across on Xfactor. Angela actually had talent, then again, it depended on what you thought was talented.
Other: Like Alex, Angela has her own dog. A small west-highland called Dexter.

Sorry, I'm slow at character making. I had others to make beforehand.

Personality/History: Do this. Do that. Straighten your back. No less than eight hours of sleep. Don't eat that. Careful, you'll ruin your skin. Those are the sort of affectionate words Matilda was fed after her toddler years. Before then, both her mother and father had been kind, loving parents, the best a child could have, really. But, being the youngest, she's seen how different her parents seemed to treat her before she was old enough. When she did hit the age, that was when she began the stage she called 'boot camp'. Because of all these new mannerisms implanted in her, the girl is quite the uptight adolescent, never daring to go big, nor does she keep her world dull, though. She does tend to be quite cynical about things, anally organised about every single thing. Despite this, she's managed to gather up a few friends as well as popularity points for her seemingly natural charisma. Her parents are proud of her for that - being a people person in the sense that she's learned to act a certain way for a certain person, and another for the next. Unfortunately, this led to a confusion on her own insight. Truth be told, Matilda barely knows who she really is on the inside, seeing as she's used to being what others want, it's confused her mind and Twilly isn't so sure she'll ever find herself again, which scares her. For the time being, she's an empty shell with a decorated outside, that's how she likes to think of it.

Personality/History: Callum is quite the interesting being. First off, it's best if you know he doesn't care and he'll let it be known. He doesn't care about you, he doesn't care about his parents, he doesn't even care about the starving dog somewhere in the streets. No. It's him against the world, in fact, he's convinced that everyone should fend for themselves, it's the only way the world will evolve. Sure, you can make a few truces here and there, but no strings attached. If you're going to need to, kill them. It's easier if emotions don't screw it up. Such thought process stems from the lack of care in his early upbringings; he was never given the nurture he needed in order to be sensitve toward others. Of course he was taught how to obey his elders (though he only obeys them if they have gray hairs and can barely see, no younger.) It doesn't help that little Callum grew up in the slums of the city, always needing to steal little things from local grocery stores or corner shops. A few of his years were spent on the streets, but his parents somehow won quite a bit of money and decided that buying a stable home was the best choice. They've seen the effects of their bad parenting and they're now trying to fix it. But things have just gone too far and there's no way Callum's heart is going to mend with a little bit of money and finally being noticed enough to be looked at, never mind spoken to like a real person.
Other: He's planning to get a tattoo very soon.

Okay, well let me know when it's all done.
Awesome;P today's actually my last day in the country, so I'll be on tonight but possibly not tomorrow.
All right, I'll keep that in mind. How do you think we should start?
Possibly when Callum moves in and a few days before the elections for Alex.
Okay, would you mind starting?

Anything you've been in the mood for lately?
