SOLVED. Picture book about a cat and its 9 lives [s]

Its a beautifully drawn picture about a cat and its nine lives, and it shows how the cat dies differently each time and loses more and more of its lives until it only had one left.
I also think (I'm not sure though) that at its last life, the cat (view spoiler)[meets a girl cat and they fall in love or something like that (hide spoiler)]
I think I remember the picture book having plenty of rich and vivid colors with lots of detail, and the pictures being well drawn, but I'm not quite sure...
