Multiple non-goodreads authors needing periods and merging

Correct these author names, merge, and combine editions as needed:

E E Knight should be E.E. Knight.

Philip K Dick should be Philip K. Dick; Philip K Dick & Roger Zelazny needs to be co-authors correctly punctuated.

C S Lewis should be C.S. Lewis.

George R. R. Martin, George R R Martin (Editor) and George R Martin need to be George R.R. Martin.

(Finding a lot of newer audiobooks where author names missing periods in initials; not sure if a data feed issue but browsing "new and popular" audiobooks on amazon made me keep running into--I'm stopping tonight because started to get one of those huge lists).

E.E. Knight is a Goodreads author. Someone already put a request in the appropriate thread.
The variants of Philip K. Dick, C.S. Lewis and George R.R. Martin are merged. I combined the books from the merged profiles and the obvious ones, but there's still a lot of work to be done, especially on the translations...
