I like Quentin, but I think he and Amber are kind of weird together. 12 and 16 were two different worlds when I was 12 (or 16). I am excited to see what roles he will play. Just like with Nicolette, Darynda left some threads open concerning him also. Lots of characters seem to be coming forward with new "powers", makes me really excited for book 6 :)
I like Quentin, but I agree with Meigan. It's kinda weird with the ages. And I think he is going to have a future in the books, but I'm not sure what it will be.
He will be part of Charley's "army" for sure. Amber is quite young, it's true, but she went through some stuff and girls are always more mature! Hehe I think it's kind of sweet, my parents met in primary school so I'm probably biased lol

I love Quentin too! I love that he (and the others) doesn't treat his deafness as a disability, so refreshing! He sounds like a completely adorable 16 year old- I'm a little weirded out by the age gap between him and Amber, but at the same time, I kind of think it's adorable- 2 kids in a world of adults dealing with adult situations...I think it's good they'll potentially have each other. Agree about Quentin playing a big part later too- when do we think Amber will be brought into the loop??
I think Amber might be brought into the loop in a surprise way. Maybe like a situation that forces her in, I'm not sure tho, we'll have to wait and see!
I guess at some point Quentin will tell her he can see ghosts.
