Heroines you don't like

One of the things I love about Nora's writing is that she's able to bring soooooo many different kinds of women into the role of heroine! I may be more fond of some than others, but sometimes in rereading a book, I find myself liking someone I disliked before.

Maggie in Born in Fire drove me crazy but I liked her much better in the next two books. She mellowed a bit. I mostly didn't like how she treated her sister in the first book but she got better as the series went on.

Serena from the McGregor Series. I liked her so much my second born was named after her.

I'm not a huge fan of Sophia in The Villa. Though honestly I'm not liking the book itself a great deal. It's the whole wine thing; I'm just not into it.
