Jake snarled and tried to get up and kill Daniel, but he was only a newbie, he still couldn't do manny things.
Daniel grins, "Next time you try this, you won't live." he warns,then picks Jake up just to slam him to the ground again with a loud thud.
Shay's eyes flew open, showing her the boy in her dream.
Daniel doesn't notice Shay awakening. He throws Jake out of the window, "If you come near her again you will die!"
Shay flinced at his words, her heart was rasing and she shrank bak under her covers.
Daniel looks back at Shay and his eyes widened d***** she had heard himand was scared. "I won't hurt you." he promises in a soft voice.
Shay tried not to cower, but she didn't know him, and he was in her room.
Daniel sighs. This is what he got for rescueing the girl, fear. She didn't remember him so she must be scared. He turns to leave, "Goodnight Shay."
"H-how do you know my name?"
"Your backpack." Daniel lies and disappears through the window
Shay sat up. My backpack?
Daniel makes himself invisible and watches through the window. He knew her backpack had her name on it and it was lying in the middle of the floor.
Shay went to get up and close the window, but something stopped her.
Daniel was looking Shay directly in the eyes, though she couldn't see him. She definintley felt something.
Shay cowered back from her window, she wanted to call out for someone, but didn't.

Daniel frowns, he would never hurt her.... Of course, seeing him beat up Jake had probably been a bad example.
Shay told herself to forget it and go back to sleep.

((Same))When Shay woke up, her head hurt.
Daniel was still watching Shay. She looked to be in pain.
Shay went to sit up, but her head hurt to muck. "Fuck."
Daniel frowns. It would be too dangerous for him to go ease her pain
Shay Lay down and closed her eyes again.
Maybe if he didn't say anything, he could go help her.
With her eyes closed, Shay felt like she was falling, with them on, she wanted to thow up.
Daniel sneaks into her room and strokes her hair, taking away some of her pain.
Shay wanted to throw up again.
Staying quiet, Daniel layed his other hand on her stomach and began drawing out the nausea.
Shay opened her eyes to the black haired boy. "Who are you?"
Daniel managed not panic, "Daniel." he smiles wryly, "Your gaurdian angel."
Shay turned her head and curled around him. "I'm tired."
Daniel slides onto the bed beside her and pulls her close, "Then sleep. You're safe."
Shay snuggled closer, smiling.
Daniel smiles, almost unable to believe that this was happening. He pulls the blankets over them and radiates calm.
Shay fell asleep and felt safer then ever.
Daniel strokes her hair and back, smiling. He couldn't believe he was finally holding her.

Shay woke up a bit, feeling Daniel's hard body next to hers, and fell asleep again.
Daniel holds her close still. Maybe he should leave, she probably wouldn't remember this, and if she did she would think it was a dream((Mmmmmh, not sure..))
Shay felt something change, and she didn't like it.
Daniel carefully slips out of the bed, watching her for a minute before turning to leave.
Shay woke up as he left. "Please stay." She begged.
Daniel sighs and climbs back into the bed beside her again.
"Hmmm." Shay said as she layed her head on him.
Daniel wraps his arms around her and pulls her close. "Sleep"
Shay fell alseep.
"No, shhe's not." Daniel growls, holding Jake to the floor.
