Daniel kicks the window out, then getly picks up Shay and Cole and flies away.

Cole fell asleep, cuddled to Shay while she was cuddled to Daniel."Why do they want my baby?"
"I'm not sure, though it probably has something to do with me being the father." Daniel answers as he flies.
Shay pressed herself against Daniel, holding Cole tightly.
Daniel holds her securely, flying to a house he owned
Shay lookedat the house.
Daniel lands in front of the house. It was more lof a log cabin really, surrounded by a forest. It had two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fullystocked kitchen.
Shay looked up at Daniel. Waiting.
Daniel carries her into the house, then gently sets her on the sofa.
Shay smiled up at him. "Want to hold Cole?"
Daniel smiles back and holds his asrms out for Cole, "Of course."
Shay gently handed him their child, wrapped up in a light blue blanket.
Daniel gently takes Cole, holding him close.
Cole sighed, loving boing in the arms of his parents.
Daniel smiles, picking up on the love in Cole's thoughts. "I love you, son." he says softly.
Shay smiled and stood next to him.
Daniel wraps one arm around Shay's waist and holds Cole securely with the other.
Shay leaned her head on Daniel's shoulder and watched Cole sleep.
Daniel kisses Shay's cheek, enjoying this while he could. He would have to see who wanted Cole and why soon.
Shay took Cole from Daniel and went over to sit on the couch.
Daniel pulls out his cell phone, "I'm going to make a few phone calls Shay. Go sleep in one of the bedrooms."
Shya nodded and stood walked to a room.
Daniel makes the phone calls
Shay lay down Cole and lay down beside him.
((What should Daniel find out?))
((That Shay is half angel, so that makes Cole something new that could do something horrible if demons got him??))
((Hmmm... Maybe half something else, like Fae...))
((Shay's mother was half human, half fae, her father was 3 quarter angel, 1 quarter human?))
((Okay, we'll go with that.))Daniel hangs up and sits on the couch. He couldn't belive that he had never known that Shay wasn't completely human.
Shay lay with Cole till his breathing went deep and even.
Daniel looks into the room and whispers "Shay?"
Shay looked up. "Yeah?"
"Can I talk to you?" he whispers
Shay nodded and kissed Cole's head before going to talk to Daniel.
Daniel takes her hand and leads her to the couch, "Shay, how much do you know about your parents?"
"Not much, I'm an orphan, why?"

"Well... Your mother had Fae blood and your father had Angel blood. That's why people are after Cole." Daniel says.((sorry))
"What?"
Daniel bites his lip, "Let me see your back and I'll prove it."
Shay turned her back to him.
"This might hurt." Daniel warns and pulls off Shay's shirt, then runs his fingers over her back. He finds the markings, how had he not seen them before?
Shay turned her head to look over her shoulder. "What?"
Daniel murmurs a few magic words and presses the markings, then jumps back as wings explode from Shay's back.
Shya gasped and whilred around. "What the fuck?"
"Your wings were sealed, probably soon after you were born. I just broke the seal on them." Daniel explains
Shay looked over her back, feeling something new.
Daniel gently strokes her wings. They were beautiful.
Shay looked at them, they were really white. "Why white?"
"Partly because yout Angel heritage is the strongest and partly because of your innocence." Daniel says
