Need Cover Change and Editions Combined

Which edition of the book had the cover changed? The paperback or the Kindle edition or both? Also, can you please link to the new cover?

This appears to have been done. In the future, it would be helpful to post this type of request in a more appropriate section (i.e., not the book cover section) and also not not add your request to a discussion of another book. It's better to start a new topic.
