Henry saw a flash of something in Morth's eyes. And it made him lower his wand just a fraction of an inch.He didn't know.
That was impossible, though. Who else had it out for Ruby?
He didn't know.
Henry was sure of it. But he couldn't let Morth know about what had happened. He'd find out soon enough, but right now, a visit from Morth in the Hospital Wing was probably the last thing Ruby wanted.
"Nothing," Henry breathed. "Never mind."
He spun around, robes billowing out, and a thousand thoughts all warring for his attention. He took off down the path, towards Hogwarts, before either of them could stop him.

"Wait Mr. Morth. Where is Ruby Thornwall? Did he get to her?" said Nicolas, not thinking straight.
His paranoid obsession with Ruby had kicked in. She couldn't die. He wouldn't allow that. He saw that Mr. Hayden followed them closely, obviously worried to his his very core, but he didn't care.

"Mr. Hayden, the relationship of me and Ruby is none of your concern. Now..." said Nicolas, trying to think. If he had done it then things were moving faster than Nicolas had calculated.
If she was in Hogwarts then there was still hope.
If only Ruby had decided to be with him again, then this wouldn't have happened.
"Is she in the Hospital Wing or St. Mango's?" he asked both of them, hoping for an answer.
Henry never lessened his pace."It's funny, I don't recall ever mentioning Ruby Thornwall." He shot a glare at Nicolas. "Why all the sudden concern? It's almost as if you know something I don't." He was going out on a limb, trying to distract Morth.

He did know something more but he wasn't going to wait for them to tell them.
He took a swift turn to the right, and he disapeared in between the houses of Hogsmeade. He would find out for himself.
What had he done...
Henry itched to turn back and follow him, but his concern for Ruby was greater than his curiosity."Hayden," he barked. "C'mon. We're visiting your girlfriend."
((We're moving to the Hospital Wing, Grace))
Damien sighed as he walked alone of the paths, looking up at the grey sky. "More rain tomorrow." He muttered.
"Yes there will be," Dahlia said from behind him.
"Do you always have to sneak up on me?" He asked with a smile as he hugged her.
She hugged him back tightly. "Only to you, my dear," she said happily, "How are you?"
"I'm good, the sky is rather depressing though." He said. "How about you?",
"I've been okay. Andrew and I decided to mutually take a break from each other. We just didn't know what we wanted in life and so I think that the time will benefit us individually," she explained.
"I' sorry to hear that." He said looking down for a moment.
"No need to apologize. We both kind of agreed on it," she said with a shrug, "but I do miss the intimacy."
"Do you have your eyes on anyone else?" He asked as he started walking with her.
"Not that I'm aware of," she said with a chuckle.
"What's so interesting on the ground?" She asked him curiously.
"Nothing I'm just thinking love." He said with a sigh.
"Nothing important." He murmured.
"Alright then," she said with a shrug.
"Have you seen Vlad lately?" He asked sounding concerned.
"No. He went to visit a sick relative," she explained.
"Ah, I was not aware of that." He said.
"He left suddenly. It wasn't a planned thing. I may have had to tell you, but I've been so busy it must have slipped out of my mind. I'm very sorry," she said with a frown.
It's fine." He said with a smile.
"I've been really bored lately," she replied.
"Join the club." He said sighing.
"I'm trying to find a new hobby to keep me busy, but everything I've tried is just not for me," she answered.
"Now I kinda of just wait for the day to be over."
"I know how you feel," she said quietly.
"What happened?" He asked softly.
"Nothing. I just know how you feel on the whole 'bored' part," she answered.
He closed his eyes and sighed.
"Something on your mind?" She asked him.
"There always is." He said.
"And what is that?" She asked him curiously, resting her head on his shoulder.
"Why?" She asked as she shook at the tone of his voice.
"Just something I've always thought about." He said keeping his monotone voice.
"You're starting to concern me, dearest," she said worriedly as she caressed his cheek, "Are you sure you're okay?"
"I'm fine love." He said looking down nothing his hands were shaking.
"No, you're not," she said in concern, "please tell me what's wrong."
"I'm fine." He said standing up quickly.
"Damien, please, your hands are...shaking," she said in plea, "Please tell me what's wrong so that I can help."
"Well to say the least I'm sick, very very sick." He said looking down.
"Damien...what is it? Why are you sick?" She asked him.
