This book http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11... has the table of contents and a excerpt from the book in the description field. Is that allowed?

as long as it doesn't contain purchase links, reviews, or spoilers.
RL Stine did that for his Goosebumps 2000 series. I dont like it, but I guess it's easier than coming up with a real description
Happens a lot with non-fiction books also.
