Many people have expressed how difficult it is to see, let alone read, titles on thumbnail covers on their phones or other mobile devices. Not everyone uses a computer to browse the internet these days, and when you are on a mobile device you can't hover over a cover to see what it says, and half the time the covers don't show up or post as a clickable link. I don't think it is asking too much to ask that people NOT post covers in this or the "Mystery ABC's" game, to allow other members the chance to participate.
And, I'll be honest, I personally skip over at least half of all posts in the "Cozy Corner" where covers are posted in lieu of linking to the title. The thumbnails are so small it's impossible to read them, a lot of hovering with the mouse can be hard on the wrist, and not everyone has time to click on every cover. It's also sometimes difficult to read a post with a lot of covers in the middle of sentences, due to the disjointed way those comments post.
While many enjoy seeing the covers, I'm sure there are many who feel the same way I do. It's why I always link to titles and only post covers at the bottom of my posts in the challenge threads. '-)
