As the note says, this is often used as a placeholder for upcoming Blackstone Audio releases - which isn't the actual issue: I just found a whole lot of these seem to have had a slightly botched import, and the ISBN and title match, but the authors completely don't as in, not only is the narrator as yet unknown, the books themselves have been attributed to completely the wrong author. I found books by so far three different people on James Patterson's listing alone.
Most of them are near the tail end of the list, so if you're bored and looking for something to do, you might want to browse from the back of that list and see if anything jumps out at you as having the wrong author. (Some of them are quite hilarious, with hard core zombie novels turning up on romance novelists pages and vice versa :)
