I haven't had much luck with Read Nows Tris and all the ones I did like have been archived now. I can advise against a few though. Don't try:

Apparently they did 500 'read now' copies, and then took it down. I think they went pretty quick unfortunately.
Dangerous creatures went quickly. I got the email at 3.05pm and they were gone by 4.10pm!It was actually the first time i got one of those emails on time!
Does anyone else ever get a couple approvals from one publisher and then go on a liking spree of that publisher? I do this, and then I get everything I want, just making my r2r stack higher and higher...

Well one of the books that I had reviewed just got archived and it still had the " give feedback" button, it just said you can no longer download the title. I had already given feedback for the title though, so I didn't bother seeing if I could still send feedback.The reason I was wondering about all this is because I have a book that is going to be archived soon but I don't know if I will be able to read it in time.

Yes you can. Go to the little drop.down menu where you have the option to see your profile, and instead choose 'activity', this should bring up a list of titles.you've been approved for. On the right is another drop down menu, use this to select 'archived', find the title you want and click it, and you'll go to the books page where you can give feedback ☺

Publishers give out auto approvals to people who they are happy with - so if you live in the right country, always do your reviews on time, have a good following etc. There's no way to know when you'll get an auto approval or who from, you just have to keep your percentage up and keep submitting your reviews and eventually you'll get one ☺

When a publisher 'auto-approves' you on netgalley or edelweiss. It means that when you click 'request' for that publishers books, you are automatically approved and can download the book without having to wait for them to approve you ☺

I hated arclight. it felt about a million pages long, and you're right - nothing was explained.
I already have a hard time keeping up with netgalley, im too afraid to even log on to edelweiss lol. Also good to know about the feedback, I was in a bit of a panic.I try to read them all in a timely fashion but its not always possible.

Gaaah! I hate DRM! Got approved for two DRM books, and I can't send to my Kindle. Do the publishers expect me lug my computer everywhere so I can read those books?

because it didn't have a kindle option, so then got a copy myself once it was released and figured I'd still do the review. Shouldn't have bothered because the book was pants!

I got turned down for that as well, both on NetGalley and Edelweiss.
It's so hard to get a book off them. I doubt anyone has an auto approval!
