Help finding book

OK, I really need your help finding one gay sci-fi book. I think I got to read it or at least the part of it. It is e-book, I think might be called smth like "Navigator" or "Pilot" (not sure).
Short scenario. Main characters: gay spaceship navigator/pilot, spaceship owner, hired mechanic with previous leg wound, still having problems about it. Also some other people in ship. Ship attacked by pirates, the owner/captain killed, the navigator raped. The navigator buys out the ship and becomes captain and navigator. Still some disagreements with mechanic, but long story short, the navigator and mechanic gets together at the end and moves to mechanic room. The crew paints their door dark blue (as well as shelves). Some experimentation with handcufs, interesting electric elastic wands.
Would like exact name and author and where to buy...
