Help Me find a new series..

I need help finding a new series. By series I mean a continuing story centralized around a few central characters. Not a series with the same general plot and different characters each book. I read a lot. I loved:
Fever, night huntress, Meridith Gentry, October Daye, Need, wicked Lovely, tithe, the fairy ring, Charlie Davidson, all the Molly Harper Books, psy-changeling, Kitty Norville, Chicagoland vampires, Morganville vampires, Asling Grey, mortal instruments and immortal instruments, hunger games...

I have not read BDB or Argenae because. They don't follow a centralized character just a centralized plot.

I love a little romance thrown in. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Have you read the Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep? Or the Guild Hunter series by Nalini Singh?

Two series that follow the same characters, which I've read and highly recommend:


Dominion Series by S.E. Lund (3 books out, 4th/probably final book due out late 2013. Fairly dark and intense, with romance and suspense throughout.)
Elemental Mysteries Series by Elizabeth Hunter (4 books out, this series is complete. Not quite as dark but still intense and also romance and suspense throughout. Another series by Hunter is Elemental World, which is a spin off and focuses on supporting characters from the original series; I have not read this series yet.)

What about the Bloodhound Files series? Dying Bites is book 1.

If you don't mind slightly silly YA (it is silly on purpose) there is the Blood Coven Vampires series. Boys that Bite is book #1--it is actually about twin sisters.

If you like Steampunk, there are two books out in the Banyon and Clare series. The Iron Wyrm Affair is book #1. Think Holmes and Watson where Watson is female, a mage and VERY competent and Holmes really IS a human logic machine.

I'm assuming you've read the Dante Valentine series? Also by Saintclair (the author for the above series.) Working for the Devil is book #1

Another Steampunk series is the Parasol Protectorate series. Book #1 is Soulless. There is a spin off YA series that is set I believe about 20 years in the past of the first series. (Werewolves and vampires and ghosts oh my.)

Moon Called by Patricia Briggs (Mercy Thompson series) You've probably read this already :-)
Kindling the Moon by Jenn Bennett (Arcadia Bell series)
The Restorer by Amanda Stevens (Graveyard Queen series)
Unholy Ghosts by Stacia Kane (Downside Ghosts series) the latter books are MUCH better then the first.
Outlander by Diana Gabaldon This is a time-travel series with romance. Historical. They are making this into a tv series (ala True Blood) on the starz network.
Richelle Mead has a few that are based on one set of characters.
I second the Dante Valentine series by Lilith Saintcrow as well.

My all-time fave is the Fever series... wish there were more out there as good as those. :-)

Um, and I'm assuming that you HAVE read the Dresden Files series, yes? Storm Front is book 1. And, well, definitely the weakest in the series. But not only does it have to deal with the whole first book in a series thing, but it ALSO has to deal with "this is the first book I've had published" deal as well.

I'm recently reading the grisha trilogy by leigh bardugo. its happen to be a good series to read at the moment since there ia nothing to do for the summer

If you want to try the Hollows first book is 1.99 on Amazon. It's a series that gets better and better...

I liked the Riley Jenson series...it's complete.

if u read morganville vampires try vampire acadmey....also since u read the wicked lovely sieries try the Tyrelle series by amanda hocking...it was great....also another good one is the iron fey series by julie k.....I love books that are series...I have a lot that I have read on my read list

I too have been thinking about that book Bookcrazedchick. Has anyone read it? If so, is it worth it or not? The description on the back kind of left me cold, but at the same time, it sounded kind of interesting. Anyone?

I went on A steampunk kick last week and read The Vampire Empire Trilogy. I also Read Otherworld/Sisters of the moon.

Any other suggestions would be great. I am always looking for another book to read.
