Hello Fiend! I'm back-ish. Just on my phone, so I can't do much. Do you have any idea for a plot? ^.^
I was going to go with some sort of contagion, like 28 Days later, where everyone is driven to kill each other. Or maybe an alien invasion.

I've had a hard time watching Cloverfield so much. The videography took my stomach in a roller-coaster ride lol. But I like the movie over-all.And yes! Do you mind starting first? ^.^
Yeah, it was everywhere in that movie. Same with Chronicle. >.>Sure, give me a moment, I'm in class.
It had all seemed pretty normal, the start of the night. People were living up the moment of the night before that big ass alien thing came out of nowhere. The twins themselves had been curious, and had made a run for the bridge before had collapsed. Being the first to back track, it was only rational for them to stick together now as they attempted to find some way out.
((Haha lol. People in here rarely get sleep, huh? I have at least 10 hours a day. Anyway... last post. Bye!))
((Hello Fiend! ^.^ Sorry took so long. I was posting my reply when Goodreads went all under maintenance -.-))With the dangerously excessive amount of alcohol she had taken in, Yuri seriously needed to sober up. She wasn't tipsy anymore. She was drunk. This night wasn't supposed to end up like this, but because of that stupid bet she'd gotten herself into, she would go home totally wasted. Her parents would not like it. Heck, they might even ground her for a week.
One guy offered her another shot, but Yuri, who had lost her sense, slapped it out of his hand. One more swig and she would throw up. That was the last thing she wanted: embarrassed herself even more than she had already.
Suddenly all lights in the apartment went out, followed by what seemed like an earthquake. Yuri stayed rooted on the spot, but with a little sway of her frame as the earthquake continued. She could hear the murmurs of the others in the apartment. Then moments later shouts rang from the outside. Yuri was about to check it out, but everyone in the room started shrieking in panic. Confused, she grabbed the arm of the first person she could lay her hands on. That's when someone bumped into her, hard, knocking the consciousness out of Yuri.

Okay, Jax was having a pretty rough night; his wallet got stolen, he left the key to his apartment, and now all lights in the streets went out. His day couldn't get any worse, huh? Wrong. He was on his way to his rundown apartment when he felt the ground trembling. Just like what any normal person would do, he moved away from the posts lining the streets. But in a city as busy as Manhattan, it's rather hard avoiding anything really. The towering skyscrapers were all around the place. Not to mention the vehicles and endless stream of crowd. When the earth beneath his feet steadied, Jax sprang up into a sprint toward his apartment. But then he realized that people were going the opposite direction, screaming and seemingly running away from something. Jax, with curiosity burning inside of him, carried on. He knew he was being stupid running into danger. But what could he do? He's that curious.
Magdalena had, in some wacked up series of events, lost her brother. Yeah, it was pretty stupid considering the chaos that she was concerned about finding him, but she was. It was her brother she was thinking of when she turned back into whatever the hell that thing was. She'd seen the tail, and yes, she'd been mildly afraid. Brushing past someone, she got the idea to ask for his whereabouts. Someone else ahead was walking in the direction she was going, so she took a chance. Grabbing hold of a brunet guy (Jax ^-^), she pulled to get his attention. ~~~~~
Melvin hadn't meant to barrel into the girl currently passed out on the ground in front of him. In the panic of losing his twin, he had just run into the girl. He glanced around, inspecting the area for somewhere she wouldn't be trampled on if he moved her there. Lifting her slowly, he took to the side walk.
((Yes :/ This happened to me plenty of times before. Grr.))A sudden tug to his arm caused Jax to pause his stride. He whirled around to face a blonde girl, seemingly confused and... lost? He couldn't tell exactly; he sucked at reading girls for the life of him. But being the gentleman that he was, he decided to help her if she ever needed it. Even in this time of great panic. "Yes, may I help you?" But inside of him he was asking himself 'Was that the proper greeting to a girl?'

Yuri could not remember how she passed out. Everything was in a blur. The only thing she was certain of was that she was drunk and... the black out, screams, people running about in panic. What had happened, really? Brushing the traces of sleep out of her eyes, Yuri looked around the commotion unravelling in front of her. A blond guy a few feet away from her was scanning the crowd, as if looking for someone. "Wait!" she called out to him. "What's happening?"
In the current situation, the boy being polite wasn't much of something she was paying attention to. "I'm looking for someone," she replied, "Around the same height as me, looks basically the same. My twin brother, dude. I can't leave without him."*****
Turning to see the girl had woken up, he crouched down to her level. "I'm not really sure," he replied, "Just some seriously crazy shit went down."
After the girl's statement Jax tried to recall if he had ever seen a guy with that description, ran into him during the commotion. But no matter how much he racked his brain for an image, the result would be the same: nothing. "Sorry, miss, I didn't notice someone like that." Then he scanned the crowd as if looking for her twin brother. With his gaze still on the background he asked "Where did you lose him?"***
"Oh, shit" was all Yuri could come up with at the moment. She really wished she hadn't drunk that much. At least she would have known what was happening exactly. She rose to her feet and straightened out her dress, tucking a strand of curly hair behind her ear. Lights at the posts flickered, and a monstrous howl pierced through the night. "What the hell is that!" she exclaimed to no one in particular, the hair on her arms standing on its end.
