Chapter 3 - really liking the little pictures and snippets of paper at the beginning of each chapter.

Chapter 16 - every time I think that there is going to be a change in Lennie's opinions and feelings, something drags her back down again. Quite upsetting. Thank god for Joe

Chapter 32 - I'm crying. Gosh this part is killing me!!! Good to see that Lennie is finally realizing how her actions have affected others.

(view spoiler)[ I like the little notes at the beginning and endings of the chapters, I also like the authors descriptions of the characters it seems to bring them to life, I especially like Sarah so far her enthusiasm for life just leaks off the page and made me smile (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ oh well that's was a surprise Joe coming to her house and seeing the hysterical mad laughter in the kitchen and yeah I'm surprised he didn't run away I'm not sure I would have stayed there. On the opposite side Baileys bad decision to see Toby again was as I suspected a bad decision, she feels guilty that she's alive and her sisters not and what she's doing with Toby isn't out of spite it's because he makes her feel Bailey's alive. I just wish they'd see the grief between them and not use it as a comfort it's not good for either of them.. Someone's going to get hurt.

(view spoiler)[ damn Joe is a pretty understanding boy, he wants to comfort Lennie and be with her so he's trying to find a balance between them. Wow that meeting between Joe and Toby... Very intense. Although I don't see why Toby believes he has possession of Lennie after two kisses especially as he's still distraught over Bailey like her (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ erm Lennie what the hell are you doing?.... You can't kiss one boy then make the other suspicious before barrelling over his suspicions with a kiss. Seriously... Stop

Yes! I found it kind of frustrating, like be HAPPY. But I get why it happened and everything. Sarah's animal shouts were definetly nice comic relief lol. Lennie's esteem levels really got me down when reading this. :(

Chapter 9(view spoiler)[ Her writing style in this book is so completely different from the way she wrote in I'll give you the sun. It's super casual and I kind of enjoy it. This is a light read and quite entertaining so far.

I do have some issues with Lennie though - why is she letting her dead sister's boyfriend mae a move on her? Like no. It's just wrong. (hide spoiler)]

To me, it really sucks that there was a love triangle in the first part, because if it wouldn't have been for that, this book would have been pretty damn good.
