How do I delete myself from groups?

Is a link that says "Group Home". Click that, then next to the book cover is a link that says "edit". Click that then the next page will have a link to leave group.

I have loved Twilight for six years now and wish I were in Forks this year. Last year this time I was there and also in 2011.
