I hope so. I think last year there was a big sale over the twelve days of Christmas.

The Rosie Project is currently reduced from £12 to £3.99 on kindle. Not super-cheap but well worth the money if you want a good read with lots of laugh out loud moments.

Bought it and reading it now. Enjoying it so far although not a fan of Sidney I have to say.

I am going to try hard to resist as I have this on order from the library! So keen to read it.

You can't Jo. Go on buy it!

There are lots of deals just released, too many to list, but they do include Nothing to Envy: Ordinary Lives in North Korea which is one of the best things I have ever read.
Also a couple of Mark Forsyth books which I have had on watch for a while.
The new Bridget Jones is going cheap as is Cuckoo's Calling, penned by JK Rowling, Inferno by Dan Brown... The list goes on.

Ha ha!! Well deserved no doubt!

Hmm. I saw that Gaiman fest too! I have The Graveyard Book already, might treat myself to one more, but which one? Neverwhere gets the highest score on GR, but only just.....
Isn't Neverwhere on TV over Christmas or did I dream it?
I can't justify them all, unfortunately, as tempting as it is.
Lisa, which one didn't you get just out of interest?

I skipped the short stories one as I got The Graveyard Book too a couple of weeks ago :D
I would go for Neverwhere if you were just getting one, Jo. Seems to be the one of his most talked about.
BTW I can't justify it either! I am very well stocked on the Kindle considering the paltry amount of reading time I have.

I'm so tempted!! I have The Graveyard Book already on kindle, but I am sure I have a couple of other Gaiman books - I just need to check which ones!
Oh, and Neverwhere is on Radio 4 over Christmas at around 11pm for a few nights. Not sure what that slot is as I don't, alas, manage to listen to radio, given my rubbish ears.

Absolutely recommended :)
I looked at that one too! But the library has a copy, so will reserve that when I am back below my limit

It's a good one, if you haven't already read it.
I read it earlier last year and liked it a lot. Have got Bring Up the Bodies to read this year.
Absolute bargain at 99p. Thoroughly recommended.

The Ocean at the End of the Lane
Not one I really want to read, but is 99p today also.

Can't help wondering what else is discounted though.
