Kevin Kimbrough (Shrimper) What's the best time to read?

message 2: by Cheyenne (new)

Cheyenne I enjoy reading first thing in the morning and in the evening when I am done with my day's work.

chucklesthescot For me it used to be after 7pm and I'd sit up as late as 4am if I found a good one. Now that I read pdfs for review that has to be done very early morning before the family get up and make too much noise, so I read from 7am.

I read after the kids are in bed when the house is quiet...usually after 9 pm. Good thing I am a night owl :)

Robert Spake (ManofYesterday) | 16 comments Any time :) At the moment I'm enjoying a couple of hours in the garden sizzling in the sun.

Stan Morris (morriss003) | 23 comments I've had a hard time finding the time, but this is Obon dance season at Buddhist Jodo and Hongwanji temples and also at the Shinto temples, so I take my kindle, listen to the music, and read.

Michelle Muckley | 18 comments With breakfast and after dinner. Plus, when I am at the beach.

Elise Stone (eliseinaz) Devotional and writing craft book with breakfast. Fiction, usually in the evening. And while waiting--at the doctor, at the dentist, for a movie to start, anywhere I have to sit for more than a few minutes. And, if I'm reading a really good book, any time. Being retired, I set my own schedule now, so if I want to read for a couple of hours in the morning or afternoon, I can do that instead of things I "should" be doing. (I'm used to the dust bunnies.)

Milto (Through The Eyes Of A Book Goddess) (throughtheeyesofabookgoddess) Anytime I can. I'm constantly ready to go with my Kindle, my Iphone or my Ipad

Physical books are read in bed. ;)

Since I'm constantly on the move, my electronic devices are with me.

I have been nick-named the Stiletto Bookworm
Goddess by close friends. (I can live with that)

R.M.F. Brown A 15 minute break after every 45 minutes of reading always keeps things fresh and helps my eyes.

message 12: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (british-teacup) I try and read as much as I can because I'm constantly wanting to know what's happening next in the story I'm in. When I'm thrown into a story, that book is my life at that time so I'll whip my Kindle out whenever's possible.

I like reading in the morning when I'm having my morning cup of tea, I think that's my favourite time :)

Justin (justinbienvenue) | 792 comments I'm going to try a very simple plan..to read for an hour every night. It seems easy but I tend to get sidetracked by other things so I am going to try and commit to the plan this time.
