Textbooks, with so many different editions and packages, I usually don't do many combine edition requests unless they are very obvious and I'm very sure. There can be 10 editions with separate student, teacher, study guide, access key, CD, etc. packages.
Well, it seems to me that you're also doing a lot of hard and valuable work here, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to appreciate that, so thank you! :)

Unless a name is obvious, like on a cover, I would leave other names as they were.
