Combine and clean up reviews in book description

Please combine The Last Threshold, The Last Threshold and The Last Threshold.

A lot of reviews are in the descriptions of this work and may need to be edited out.

Not sure if exactly a policy, but possibly on the audio editions the author role of "reader" usually is denoted as "Narrator."

Plus, it's actually not the last book in the Drizzt cycle (see author post today at http://www.goodreads.com/author_blog_... about an upcoming Sundering series taking Drizzt character and The Forgotten Realms franchise on another spin. A six book "series" of books by six different authors in different subseries of Forgotten Realms so could be one for weird editions added by readers and a series that will be frequently "edited" by different librarians with different ideas on series order ...)

It might not be the last book in the Drizzt Cycle, but it is the last book in the Neverwinter series. Otherwise, combined.
