This 'book' says that there is no book. Should this be removed? If so, can someone please remove it.

For some books that are not going to be published we keep the listing as people keep adding it and it becomes an add / delete cycle.

This book is one of those, the published date has been changed to 2030 with the note indicating it will not be published
