I got a copy at Half Price Books - amazing as they never seem to have any book that I'm specifically looking for, and I have it before the "read" starts.

I hope the book comes back into availability. That's part of why we ask for books that are in print because we don't want to run into this problem.

My library has it, so I guess I lucked out.

I tried amazon and indigo but only found paperback. I even tried eBay. I can't believe there is not a hardcover version.

I don't think it was ever produced in hardcover, except maybe for some limited editions and library bindings.
