Maybe Blake ACTUALLY just has memory loss

Sorry but this contains spoilers!!!

Okay, So I just have a feeling that the old man was never actually in Blake's body and the senator was just saying that so he could save face and not go to jail like the rest of the Body Bank people. For one, didn't it just seem too elaborate like the whale pin thing and the helping his great grandmother, even the way "Blake" spoke about himself. Another thing, there really doesn't seem to be a point in him making out with Callie at all (unless the Old Man's actually a sick perv), he could have just pretended to be a friend. And also when Callie has that conversation with the Old Man in her head, he never once mentions that he was in Blake's body. Seriously, read it again, from the Old man's perspective Callie could have just been talking about being a renter in general, the relationship with "Blake" is never once specifically brought up and I'm pretty sure the author did it on purpose.

Oh and the flowers? They could have just been there before. I'm practically 90% sure of this theory. His Grandfather probably did something to Blake to make him forget.

I wish that were true the though that Blake was the old man the whole time mad me sick. But it was a huge twist that made the book. Maybe they will still be together but great theory

I know, it hurts, right? But maybe.... we can hope. It brings up some interesting questions, though. Not about the book, more about real life. Like, what makes a person a person? Her body, or her soul/mind/personality/youknowwhatimean. And if she really did fall in love with Blake, then maybe she fell in love with the Old man, and then... well... I dunno. It's kinda icky. I'm betting on your theory.

Maybe the Old Man isn't really old. Maybe he's actually a young guy.....
