2. If the book was released using that pen name, title, book cover, to ANYONE, it stays as is in the database. As Krazykiwi mentioned above, we're happy to create a new edition and combine it with the original entry.

When you have the new info, we make a new edition, and combine this one with it. That way all the people who have you shelved as to-read won't be mad confused when the book suddenly changes title and author (in other words, they won't be saying "I didn't add this book" and deleting it!), and the reviews and ratings will show up on either edition. You as author can choose which is the primary version people see by default, so new readers will see the new edition.
It'll all sort itself out in the wash :)

It is combined as it should be.

it helps if you don't keep creating & abandoning threads on the same or very similar topics.

1. Where can we find the new cover?
2. Was the book published under the pen name first with this ISBN. If that is so, then a new edition would need to be created anyway, as this cover has the pen name quite clearly on it. The editions could still be combined, and you can choose which is the default primary one.
3. I don't understand this. There is no e-book version, only a paperback one, are you saying you have pulled the paperback to republish with a new author name and a new cover?
4. To...?
If everything is changing, what you want (need) to do is to create a completely new edition with the current title, author and cover, and combine this version with that one.
