This is my debut novella, and eighth title. It's quite a change in content from my earlier works.

The story starts as bride-to-be Amelia contemplates her forthcoming nuptials. Like husband to be Steven, she's had other relationships; in fact, each of them has an ex-friend that will be in attendance at the ceremony.
Amelia's worry is the attitude and demands of Steven's mother. who is a single divorcee.
The couple plan to move away, far away from her control, and start a new life. Amelia has a job: a wonderful job: lined up, though Steven will have to find one when he arrives.
Fate does not treat the young couple kindly, and each are forced to make difficult decisions that lead them to follow unexpected paths.
This is a powerful story, and one which readily lends itself to individual assessment by readers.
To date, it's had one review: 5 stars.

I am an Australian women writer.
