Has anyone read

I've never heard of this one Melissa...you will have to let us know if you like it ;)

That was a fun one. I love her regency novels and Agatha series so it was a good mix of both.

Othel, I enjoy the Monica Ferris series,..I have read several of them, and want to finish reading the rest in this series.

All that said, I've been on a Dorothy Gilman kick lately. I started with Mrs. Polifax (The Unexpected Mrs. Polifax, the first in the series) and just finished The Clairvoyant Countess. Loved them both!
So next up is another of Gilman's. I think I ordered another of her stand alones, but then I want to return to the Polifax series!

Kathryn- Trouble in Mudbug is a really good read. I just finished it and then immediately downloaded the next one!

I've heard of the Mudbug one. Someone in another group mentioned it. I need to add it to my wishlist!

Yay! Glad you liked it.

This was just free at B&N for the Nook.

This was just free at B&N for the Nook." I picked that up at Amazon--it's free there as well!

I have VISION IMPOSSIBLE but haven't read it yet. However, I can personally attest to the THE MISSING INK being a first rate read!

Hope you like it! I really enjoy this series a lot!"
It looks good from the cover!

From those choices, I recommend Murder on Astor Place by far. I love the series. However it is quite different from the rest of your list. It's historical drama, not laugh-out-loud humor.

Oh, as much as I love the Meg Langslow series, Murder with Peacocks is my absolute favourite. I've never laughed so hard as when I read that book the first time. Let us know what you think of it. The only other one on your list I've read is Candy Apple Red. It was good. Not great, but good enough I read the next two, which each got progressively better. And then the series stopped. :(

Ellie: I really liked The Winter Garden Mystery! Hope you enjoy it.

Although, since it's almost October, I'd really like to read

I also want to see what the October Mini-Challenge is going to be and participate in that. That would be my first challenge on this board!

Royal Flush is my favourite from the Royal Spyness series so far!
