Help please!

I'm getting some comments from some readers that their e copy loads funny and even had a couple say it stops after chapter 2. I have contacted Amazon and told them about it and they claim nothing is wrong.

I'm looking for a professional formatter so I can just re-submit and hope that takes care of the problem. Can anyone give me a referral?
