✴ eve ☾ (evefken) Yeah :)

Does switching a book for the substitute take any points off?

Thanks Laura, I'm so excited about these! I'm really glad you've now given me an excuse to start Rose Under Fire early as well... I've been dying to read that one but haven't found time yet :)

Martha I'm guessing that in these two weeks you can still read the books that weren't chosen for you, the ones of the original 20 on your shelf? They will just have nothing to do with the challenge.

Jodi (readinbooks) | 327 comments Here is Hannelore's list to read.

1. Cinder (Lunar Chronicles, #1) by Marissa Meyer Because I read it as a buddy read with another group and wonder if you think it is as amazing as others thought. I wasn't completely sold on it.

2. Graceling (Graceling Realm, #1) by Kristin Cashore It is a book I just picked up and put down just the other day. I would love to know what you think.

3. Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare For a break from Sci Fi end of the world

4. Invisible by Cecily Paterson Everyone wants to be invisible at some point

5. Unwind (Unwind, #1) by Neal Shusterman So we can buddy read together

6. Katie's Hellion (Rhyn Trilogy, #1) by Lizzy Ford It is such a pretty cover

7. Tent City by Kelly Van Hull It looks like a good book

8. Shiver (The Wolves of Mercy Falls, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater I read this series a few years ago.

9. I Am Number Four (Lorien Legacies, #1) by Pittacus Lore Such a powerful title

10. Stolen A Letter to My Captor by Lucy Christopher The title caught me

11. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Harry Potter, #1) by J.K. Rowling I thought I was the only person who hasn't read Harry Potter

Martha For the review thread of this challenge, would it be easier for you if we post the books we've read all in one post, making a list or if we added each new book separately?

separate ..."

Okay! :)

message 269: by Jess (new)

Jess | 324 comments Greta, would you prefer separate posts for all of the challenges? Some of us have lists posted on some of the different threads, so would you rather we split them all up into individual posts as we read the books?

message 271: by Jalyn (new)

Jalyn (jalynnie) | 3827 comments Since we had to switch some partners up, I'm making a list for Pragya.

Pragya's List:

1. Pieces of You (Shattered Hearts, #2) by Cassia Leo because it the second in the series so you probably really want to read it.

2. Some Quiet Place by Kelsey Sutton because that cover is awesome!

3. The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater because I haven't read it yet so I'd like to see what you think.

4. My Ex From Hell (The Blooming Goddess Trilogy, #1) by Tellulah Darling because it looks funny.

5. A Wounded Name by Dot Hutchison because it looks good.

6. Just Like Fate by Cat Patrick because the rating is high (4.2 stars).

7. The Wishing Thread A Novel by Lisa Van Allen because I like the concept.

8. This Song Will Save Your Life by Leila Sales because I like the title.

9. The List by Siobhan Vivian because I've never heard of another book like it.

10. Wild Awake by Hilary T. Smith because the cover is different :)

Substitute: Hidden (Avena, #1) by Marianne Curley because it's something I would probably read :)

Done and done. Could you -- change The Voyage of the Dawn Treader cause I realized that I read that a long long time ago.

message 288: by Trisha (new)

Trisha Do you want me to switch it for a whole new book? or just switch it out with your switch out book?

message 289: by Jenn (new)

Jenn Trisha wrote: "Do you want me to switch it for a whole new book? or just switch it out with your switch out book?"

I didn't think those two choice (narnia and HP) through when I put them on my shelf, because I read them years and years ago. So I already used my switch for the HP book.

message 290: by Trisha (new)

Trisha okay! No worries, I picked a new book and switched out Dawn Treader! let me know if that's okay or if you want me to switch anything around!

Thank you so much for switching mine! it's perfect!
