Karen Hinton's Love and Loathing in Silicon Valley

She would probably see a lot of Gary in me and would be quite leery of anything I have to say though my background is quite different than Gary's. Her demeanor not her look, remind me a lot of my late wife: loving, devoted, deeply committed to family and friends and to having a real life, a true American woman, appreciating and living in this paradise. Her book takes off running and does not stop. Written like a chat with a friend, it is a compelling, heartfelt story. Where others would write it as a tale of woe or a fixation on trivia, she has written it as a true drama of life in America. Excellent book. Absolutely beautiful.
