I don't know anything about a readathon but I'm excited :) I'll just wait to see if we have more links and information about our logs before I ask any questions! Great idea!!

yes! I will make that thread a little closer to the start date so nothing will get mixed up! We will have two!

One for progress, to record the time read and pages we have read. Books we have read, etc.

Another one for chatting, motivation, etc.

I work during the day on the 7th. So can I just start my read a thon time when I get off work??? I can read some here but not exclusively, lol!

So, if we're in the UK does that mean we have to read from 1pm Sunday to 1pm Monday? Because I have work on Monday and so can only read til Sunday night and a little on the bus in the morning...

Yes. Let's wait til J logs in. Maybe we can change the date to 6. Normally readathon is scheduled to start on Saturday.

Well, I'm an idiot! I don't work on the 7th, but I do on the 8th.... So if you do move it I could do more than the 12 hours.... I'll just keep checking back!

yes it depends on the time zone you are in!

and sorry Trisha! that time graph is not correct anymore. Gisbelle and I have changed it and we are starting at 12AM on Sunday (EST time)

so hopefully this works out for you Trisha!

that would make your time to start AT 9 pm on Saturday.

I will!! Ive stayed up 24 hours before and the only way Ill fall asleep is if I rest my eyes for about 5 min.
