How do I deal with an author published under a different name?

I do not love thee by Caroline Norton. It seems that this woman usually published works under the name Caroline Sheridan Norton, but this particular project calls her by the name on her wikipedia page Caroline Elizabeth Sarah Norton.

Do I list the author as Caroline Sheridan Norton as this is the name she seems to normally have written under? Or do I go with Caroline Elizabeth Sarah Norton since this is the name on the 'cover' of the project? And if the second, how do I get the project to be listed under works by Caroline Sheridan Norton, as this is the name on her good reads profile?

So long as they are definitely the same person, you add the book with the author name the work is published under and then add the second name as a secondary author.

That would be with pen names, while to me it seems one of the names is just dropped out, probably because three names is easier to remember then four?
