It'll be up for a vote for all group members, weather they would like all contests to be for a vote, or to be judged. When the information comes in, I'll let you guys know!

Ya u do if you go online I think you can just copy and paste it on here though instead of restyling everything but that's just a guess...
So you said you were typing stuff on the computer and the iPad so you can copy what you've written and paste it to the comment bar on goodreads so your not re typing the story...
I'll have to look through my writing it may be a possibility
So I guess I wasn't clear enough. You can copy and paste the link to your writings, and I'll see who the winner is. You guys really need to do the oles. So far, its a tie between voting and judging! Please break the tie!!!!
The poles you mean? Is it ok if we jut copy and paste our story though in the comment bar?
Srry. Yeah... And certainly. If there is only like a small amount, you can certainly copy and paste your wiritng instead of the link!
You should've gotten a newsletter about it... Maybe Elebu can answer ur question...
The polls are at the very bottum of the home page!
glad you'll be able to post your opinion!

I grab another piece of chalk, this one purple, and write another line of my poem. I drag the chalk along my wall, creating letters, which are creating words, which are creating lines, which are creating stanzas.
I hear the front door open, knowing that my parents are home. It's eleven o' clock and I haven't had supper yet. I still don't know why I wait until my parents are home to eat. They come home and know that I haven't eaten, but they don't bother to make me anything. It's like they don't want me here.
I walk up the stairs and onto the main floor landing, greeting my parents. They don't say anything in reply, just go to the fridge and find something to eat. Once they've both found something, they go upstairs and into their room, not making eye contact with me.
As I watch them trudge up the stairs, I realize that I don't have any of the features of my parents. I have bright blue eyes while both my parents have brown eyes. I have platinum blonde hair, but my mother has red hair and my dad has brown hair. And that's when I make a theory...
In the morning, once my parents are gone, I go into my bathroom to go take a shower and get dressed. When I climb the stairs back up to the main floor, the door opens and my best friend Jayden Harrison walks in. He knows where we keep the spare key.
Jayden is like me. He's not too social, is super creative, and his mind also wanders away from school. Jayden is my only friend, and one of the only people that will actually talk to me. One of the only things that is different is that his parents care for him and love him.
"Hey, Jayden," I greet as I rummage through the fridge for some breakfast. It doesn't look like my parents left me anything to eat.
"Hi," Jayden replies as he hands me a muffin. It's chocolate chip and has sugar sprinkled all over the top.My mouth waters just looking at it. I take it and take a huge bite. The chocolate melts in my mouth and doesn't taste like anything I've ever had before.
"Yum!" I say as I take another bite. Jayden just nods as he sits down on the couch.
"So, how's life?" Jayden asks me.
"Horrible." I tell him. "But yesterday I noticed that I don't have any of my parents' features. Isn't that weird?"
"Well, a little, but some people inherit their grandparents' features and not their parents'."
"But my mom's parents have red hair and brown eyes and my dad's parents have brown hair and brown eyes." I tell him. "My parents inherited their features from their parents."
Jayden's eyebrows knit together and his eyes get wide. "Faye, you don't think..."
I cut him off. "I do."
TO BE CONTINUED...
