Granted, we'd pretty much have been going in circles but I thought it'd be fun!

I tried to invade Albania from Corfu during my misspent later teens. I turned back after fifteen minutes due to a powerful combination of cramp and indifference.

That's not what that girl from the Firth of Forth told me.

I once was at a pub quiz and the question was "What is the proper term for the collar bone" I had to actually argue that I was 100% certain it was the clavicle, and point out that my degree was not only in anatomy but specifically in bones! I was duly proved right though. Think that's the only time that has happened.

I too have captained a pedalo in Spanish waters :-)

I thought that bone was pretty common knowledge no? Idiots.

I just got back into doing cardio and weight training at the gym with a friend a few weeks ago. Both of us have been leading really stressful life (break up and child custody battle for me, deathly ill mother for her) so we have tons of adrenaline to burn off. After going through those chemicals, the endorphin flood is absolutely exhilerating. We've been working out for about two hours a day...until today. Her legs hurt so much she could barely walk and my arms were so sore I ycouldn't type until I switched to a chair with arm rests. Might need to take a few days off, but I still feel bad for not going...

I used to play the clavicle, but I dropped it after being forced to play "Greensleeves" every week for 3 years. Never liked woodwinds that much anyway...

No matter how awesome it might feel it is a MUST you have a rest day. Even if it's more of an 'active' rest day, you need to let your muscles repair or you will do some serious damage.

Think I may see how I am in a few days even if I just go on the treadmill for a bit. And I know I can go for a walk but I pay a lot of money for the gym a month so gonna use it. If it wasn't for the rash still being a bit visible I would go for a swim.
Hate not doing anything and am very conscious that I am eating more (due to boredom as much as anything) and not burning it off as I HAVE to rest. I really don't wanna put on the 2.5 stone that I have lost this year :-(

Lots of celery.
Betcha I've got through about five kilos of the stuff while we've been in the UK.
I crunch through it when I feel nibbly in the evening. Sucks we can't get it in Baku and when I can find it it costs stupid money.

I reckon the only two things that NEED salt are eggs and chips.
Aww Karen. I'm sorry about hubby. :(

And caramel.

There is evidence to support the idea you can think yourself thin. I'll sell you the books :)

And it needs to be deep fried!
Was surprised to discover that you use more energy chewing celery than you get from eating the stuff itself.

Still, they promise that 15 minutes there is like a 60 minute gym workout.

I heard that was a myth
