It was about a military man came home was staying with his family has had a thing for the little sister’s best friend but think that he’s too hard to be with her. Girl has been in love with him for years know thinks she’s old enough and the sister tries to help the friend get or forget about the brother. They are at a party for the brother he tells her no so she goes looking for someone else. Guy gets killed girl sees people go after her guy takes her away with help from military buddy’s to an island where girl and sister get kidnapped and they go to save them.
The one thing that I really remember was the kidnapping they put something in the water system that made them all pass out that was how they got to the girls. The other thing was that it looked like there would be a book about the sister after and that she would end up with one of the buddy's that she was fighting with in the story.
