Renn nodded, although, he was pretty sure they'd at least TRY to kill him.

Renn laughed. He wasn't going to respond to that, sensing that he'd be a bit of an ass. He just smiled at her.
Renn laughed. "So," he started. "Now that I'm on probation, do I get a place to live inside HQ? Because I'm in a cave."
"Did YOU pretend to be a cat? No, you did not," Renn said, smiling at that image of Zena in cat ears. He liked that thought. 'Meow,' the Zena in his head said sultrily.
"Nothing," Renn replied, the image still in his brain. He'd do almost anything to achieve that in real life.
Surkhab wrote: ""So, we need to check if this map is genuine or not." Tristan said to Lara once they were in the office. "Who was the girl, by the way?" He asked, curious.
Maisie turned back to Leo. "Did you know..."
Leo was yelling "Give me a clue at least!" at Alec when Maisie came up to him and asked, "Did you know Thomas is a Simpcon?" Turning back to her, Leo shook his head and said, "I don't even know who Thomas is."
Lara ignored his second question, he didn't really need to know. "Yes, we need to check and we hand it to the Four Brothers for that. I'm sure one of them has some way of finding out. In the meantime, give it here," she said, extending her hand outwards for him to hand the map to.

Leo rolled his eyes. "Oh come on, he's a Simpcon. You expect him to march right over to you, in the middle of a Freelancer base, and tell you what happened? Or maybe he just thought it was better for you to not have known or something. But anyway, we have to get going. I already know where in the world my mother is and you know where is your brother," he said. He didn't know how he managed to choke out the last words, his throat seemed to tighten as he came about to his mother. He knew where his mother was. "In her grave. She's dead, I heard," Ruth had said to him in a snap. Did I hear pity underneath those words? Leo thought to himself before shaking himself out of it. "Mayre! Here," he called just before the red motorcycle appeared again.
"Zena? Right. So now are you going over to retrieve her or something? Bring Renn back to base, if the map is a fraud, we can kill him even easier," Lara asked and stated, sorting through the files for one on maps and frauds.

Renn frowned, and instead thought about a Zena with devil horns and a demon tail. He smirked, happy with the new thought.
Renn sighed. "I know you were joking, but I want you to trust me," he said, not wanting to hurt her feelings by not answering her.
Renn smiled softly. "Thanks," he said, feeling uplifted. "By the way, devil girl," he said, answering her earlier question.
"Fine. What outfit would you like to wear?" Renn asked, smirking. Devil suit Zena was dancing seductively in the back of his mind.
Renn frowned. "You have no sense of adventure," he said, pouting. "Traditionalists like you never do."
Renn sighed. "Don't make all personal, I'm not trying to change you, just the experience. You know, spice it up a bit once and awhile. It's a tactic that has saved many a relationship," he explained. "I love you, not the costume."
"True, neither have I. I haven't done anything like roleplaying in, like, fifty years," Renn said, scratching his chin. He hoped he could get a razor when he was off probation, so he could shave.
"Nothing, really," Renn replied, smiling. Although, devil and cat-Zena were now taking up a special place in his mind.
"M'kay," Renn murmured, already on his way there. He hadn't slept well since last night, and before that, he went weeks without it, so he was fatigued.
Surkhab wrote: ""Fine, I'll go bring her." Tristan said. "But first, I need to do some work. I'll go in an hour." He said, going to his office.
"What about your mother?" Maisie asked. She realised that she didn't..."
"She's dead," Leo said simply, he didn't want to toll about his mother's death so he quickened up his pace and turned into a wolf. He started to gallop off, leaving Maisie with two choices: to get on Mayre and catch up with him or to stay there and lag further behind.
"Hurry, we don't know how long Zena can wait," Lara said, fishing out a mundane file and her laptop out of her drawer. She sat down and gestured for him to get out of her office.

((Sorry, I can't RP now. Got to go traveling... Shouldn't be more than five hours. Sorry guys.))
Lara looked up from her desk and frowned at Zena as she led Renn in. "So, Tristan got tired if you and ditched you guys. Wow," she said with sarcasm. She then titled her head to the glass wall on her right. On the other side was Alec's office, with both Alec and Ruth staring back at them. How they got back from their mission so soon wasn't a surprise. It was expected.

"Four brothers, Head, Chief Executer... Make your pick. Once done, ask Ruth to get you there," Lara murmured, turning her attention back to her laptop. "Hey! Why not me?" Alec called from the neighboring room, "I'd love to see Renn Seri get tortured or punished!" Lara gave him a cold look, "You still have work to do, Ruth doesn't." "But-" Alec was about to say when Ruth interrupted, "I insist, sire. And I'm sure any of their options rather see me than you." He didn't need to say it, everybody knew what he could have said: "And I'm sure any of their options rather see me than you, after all the trouble and back-talk you gave them."
Renn glared at Alec. "Torture?" he asked, sighing. "I knew you people weren't trustworthy enough to keep your side of the bargain.
"Duh. We're Simpcons for god's sake! We're down-right evil, thus the riots, the protests!" Alec cried, rolling his eyes. Though, that was the last thing they saw. Lara held out a remote control and a thick curtain fell over the glass pane. "Okay, now just make your choice. None if them might actually hurt you," Lara said, soaring Renn a look of reassurance.
Renn followed her, frowning. "Is anyone?" he asked, sighing. He was prepared, and didn't really care any which way.
"Smart choice. RUTH SENECA, come here," Lara called. Two seconds later, Ruth came in with a straight face. "Four Brothers. Don't mention Alec, please," Lara said simply, tapping her table with a pen and giving the two other similar bleeders a stern look before ushering all three bleeders out.
