What do you predict will happe in Allegiant by Veronica Roth?

I think that Veronica Roth has brought up foreshadowing dialogue between characters about getting outside of the fence. With the picture of O'Hare on the cover of Allegiant, I predict Tris and Tobias will leave Chicago on a plane taking off from O'Hare

I don't know specifically. But that is a good option. Something is definitely going to come from the last lines of Insurgent, with the woman in the video being related to Tris. That is not going to end well. That woman said they put people in the fractions for a purpose so maybe that will be why Tobias and Tris leave, to see why they put people into the fractions.
Still not sure but looking at O'Hare airport makes me think like in the movie the Village by MNS was there a no fly zone over Chicago?
