Adding book covers

Is it my understanding you now can use the Amazon link for the cover picture? I have two book covers I'd love to have added to mine. I can either give the Amazon link,

Hey, Monique! I've got a *related* question. (: How do you add covers from Amazon and get rid of the "look inside" text? I tried to add that last one, but I couldn't figure it out. >< And if you click "front cover" from the dropdown, it won't let you save it. ._.
