My book for this challenge will be either Great Expectations or Little Dorrit by Charles Dickens. I've been meaning to read another Dickens for ages as I absolutely loved Bleak House.

I've decided to read The Descendants. I recently read Never Let Me Go and Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro and I'd recommend both.

I haven't made my decision yet but there are a few I could choose from. This ofcourse comes down to time in between assignments and report cards. I'm thinking either Harry Potter, the great Gatsby, Catching Fire, the first of the Sookie Stackhouse series or water for Elephants. So many. I hope I have time to do this challenge :)

I guess it won't count that I read World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War in June instead of July :(((

I don't know, but I'll sure find one! I read haphazardly, without planning on what to take up next. I'll surely find a new title :D

  Good luck:)
I think I might use this challenge as an excuse to finally read

as I've had it on my shelves forever and haven't actually even seen the movie either.

Michelle wrote: "I think I might use this challenge as an excuse to finally read

I'm in. To start with I might go with

as its on my TRL already. But there are so many to choose from. I think it will be fun

I plan to make this an 'Anthony Quinn' season - Zorba is my book clubs final classic choice and perhaps I'll get to Guns as well.
For anyone into Mythical Fantasy, a remake of The Last Unicorn is underway for release in '15.The Last Unicorn

Not long until this challenge starts I'm looking forward to it seeing as this is my first challenge :)

Still got 200 pages of Winter's Tale to go before I can start anything else. It is actually getting really good (having read 500 pages already)

I read it and enjoyed some of it enormously and other parts not so much. The trailer for the movie looked too weird so I did not go to see that. It is such a strange book I think reading it first might help to understand the movie better.

Yes that's fine Bette:) As long as it's a book to movie, that's all good!

      If I can get

from the library, I'll read it aloud to my daughter. I might also read a bit of Les Misérables but I doubt I will finish it in a month! I'm waiting on the rest of my Winter Challenge books from the library so once they arrive I'll read those, but none of them fit in with this challenge, a pity!

I watched that movie on a plane last week and it was good. I will probably read the book now as well.
