Arlene Mcintosh I really enjoyed the first 2 books and was looking forward to this one. I did enjoy it but it was really different from the first 2 books. This book was more about Kassie's struggle with power and how badly does she want it and with power there is a price you pay and she felt she was losing a part of herself because of it. Robert wanted to rule the world with her but they both wanted different things. I don't feel the book gave anything away when it came to Robert's demons and why he was the way he was. I wanted more with the couple - I wanted to feel the love between them.

I am assuming that this is the last book or am I wrong?

this is the final book. 70% of the book is about katie battling her demons, is kind of draggy in my opinion. but the last 30% was fantastic, the way both kasie and robert try to redeem themselves. i thought the ending was nicely done.

message 3: by Sky (new)

Sky I really liked the reference of 'moon and ocean', suits perfectly to the characters. Although I do wanted more of Robert, I guess in the end, it all came out well. I loved the ending anyway..

Linda I really liked this one also, found it really grabbed my attention but I agreeing would of liked a little more between the two of them,!

message 5: by Wen (new) - rated it 3 stars

Wen I am continuing to read this series b/c I like to finish books when I start them no matter how bad. But its been really hard! I don' t understand why authors keep writing 'trilogies' when they are actually novellas or unfinished books! And to add insult to us readers, the story start with so much potential and by the third installment the plot sucks!!! Just charge full price and write a damn good book!

Lisa Wen, I have to agree with you.
I loved the first 2 books in the series but when I started to read the 3rd instalment, it was like it was written by a different person. I really struggled to finish it. When it got to the girl on girl action that finished it for me. That sort of thing was never suggested in the previous 2 books.
A bit repetitive.

Nette Glad I'm not the only one being disappointed with the third book.

I actually paused one third in, and read two other books before finalizing this one. Luckily the last third was a little better.

Amber I liked this book. Yes it did need more of Robert absolutely but I enjoyed Kasie's journey of realizing her own personal strength. It made this romance stand out from other stories.

Kallie Bought read half and can't seem to finish -Too tedious.

I loved the first two - Who wrote this last book???

Kristina I liked this Trilogy. It was well drawn out ....until the end that is. It rushes through the happy ending and it felt so false and unfulfilling for me. Over all ....4stars
