Into The Wild by Jon Krakauer is one book that has changed my life. Here is my review of the book..http://booksreviewwala.blogspot.in/20...
The review was return a long back. Then, my language was worse and I apologize if there is any difficulty understanding it, but I think it will have a equal affect on others, too. Everyone must give the book a try..

Dang! All the websites have risen it's prize. I guess maybe it is due to lack of stock. Your bad luck, I must say...
Yea Sundeep, I was very much interested in Into The Wild. The cover really got me excited.. :)And regarding Inferno, I am still angry with Dan for that!!
Indraneel wrote: "Has anyone read No comeback by Frederick Forsyth? Thinking of reading this since long time"Yes, I have read it! And it is a spectacular book! Too amazing for words... I urge you to put aside whatever you are currently reading and pick up this book!
Also, remember the three S' while you read this:
S1: Read in Seclusion.
S2: Stay away from Spoilers.
S3: Do NOT Skip parts!
I wish I could be there to see your reaction while you read through it! It's that good!

Which of the stories was your favourite? I absolutely loved the first story by the same title, 'No Comebacks', for obvious reasons. It is definitely the best of the lot!
I also enjoyed 'There are No Snakes in Ireland'. Vindictively pleasing, that one! :p
I only vaguely remember most of the other stories, having read it a long time ago... I'm tempted to read it again now!

Aman wrote: "Can anyone suggest the standard book over atheism?"Well I have heard from a friend that the books of Kate Atkinson writes non-fictions against God. Anyways, I am not sure. I recommend confirming it from another source.
Aman wrote: "Can anyone suggest the standard book over atheism?"
Um...sorry, but never heard of any book about atheism. Maybe you could check in Goodreads itself or some other site.

Haven't yet read the book......you could check it out on Goodreads itself. Or maybe you could create a different discussion so that your request reaches more group members.

Yes...sure. I've seen such threads on most other groups. Will create it in this folder itself. Thanks for suggesting:))

Firstly, welcome to our group and congrats on the success of your books:) You can use our Giveaways and Advertisement folder to let the group know about your books. Also, you can utilize our Read 2 Review program to get reviews of your books. To get your book nominated for the group BOTM, just go to the month's nomination thread, and put in your suggestion. This month's BOTM nominations are over, try for the next month!
Hope this helped:)

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in collectively writing a story . . . even if a separate thread is created. EG: Say ten people commit to it, and then in sequence - which would need to be decided upon before starting, each person writes a single paragraph. The subsequent writer adds to it and so on. The story can go off in any direction that the author of their paragraph wishes. What do you think?? Just for fun. Cheers Paul. :)

There are various rp groups on GR where you can do the same. We don't have anything like here, sorry. Not to offend you, but I don't want to introduce this in the group. Sorry again :)

For any that want a really good series but probably something they haven't read before, I highly recommend reading Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. It's a 14 book series, and the first book is the hardest to get through, but it's definitely a must read series.

You definitely should try to carve out more time haha :D I know what it's like, never having time to read anymore. I have to read between classes, after I finish tests and other assignments (I usually am the first to finish), and on the bus, as well as in between scenes for rehearsals :P I wish that I could go back to middle school where the only thing I ever had to do was go to school, which was 90% free time, 10% actual work, and then have nothing to do but read again!
