The Island Hold, (also known as Shi) is made up of two big islands. On one, there is the Palace, which consists of the royals rooms,the library and the Assassin's Guild (whose proper name is Soshiki).On the other island are the people, town square and the Hidden School. The two islands are connected by a sandbar, which was built into a bridge. The regent is Kira, and he is very unpopular. (Technically, Kira is a girl, but no one knows, unless they are a part of the assassin's guild or a close friend). Kira is unpopular because of a series of defensive measures he created. The measures forbid anyone from leaving the island, unless on royal or merchant business. Because of this, the island of Shi is one of the most mysterious islands. Another unpopular measure is the fact that boys over 17 must join and train in the army. Females may join, but are encouraged not to. Currently, Kira and Shi have no allies, and are a neutral party
