Favourite place and time to read !

I love a lazy Sunday morning where I make coffee then crawl back into bed with it and a good book. It's the height of luxury for me haha

i usually wedge myself in the crevice of the couch between the back cushion and the arm with a bunch of pillows and a blanket. (even in the summer i get cold really easily so the blanket is a must.) don't really have a preference for time of day, i just read whenever i have some time free. but i love reading when it's raining or during thunderstorms. peak experience.

i also like to light candles and have a drink nearby. if i'm reading horror, sometimes i'll pull up some creepy music on youtube to set the mood. 👌🏻

If I read during the day I also prepare myself a drink, hot or cold I do not mind, depends on my mood. Maybe even a bag of sweets if I am planning on reading a while.

My favorite place is in my bedroom, right before going to sleep. It's a nice transition from the stressful day to a peaceful night's rest.

I haven't read all the comments but I do my best reading at night after my kids have gone to bed. I just sit in bed with my phone and read. I read on my phone because books are too hard to read with a nightlight.

My parents did that too. It was the only thing that I would cry over, i took snuck books just so i could have an escape. I was the kid that used to hide under my blankets at night reading with a flashlight. the minute I heard my parents the flashlight wne tout and I would pretend to sleep. I loved it!

also i use to try and sneak books into my bed to read. My mum usually found them though and took them away !

I always read in bed just before i go to sleep. The problem i find is that when I was younger i could read until the earlier hours of the morning. Now i usually get sleepy before 12.

Haha same, I go to bed so late that I fall asleep the moment my head hits the pillow.
