Wait a sec. Where does this self-written letter come in? I don't remember it ever being in the actual story, and isn't Mara Dyer her real name?!

I got confused when they started using the name in the Ouija board, and came up with words fitting the first few letters, and then when she fell in class; "I'm dying" when she said her name.

The letter seems out of place, imo.

Ahh... I guess that makes more sense.
So I guess we can believe that Mara Dyer is the name she's choosing to conceal her identity? That's what I think the author's getting at.

looks like it. previously it was rumored to be march and now the date is further postponed. i dont know what to believe.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but there is a picture of New York on he left. And the letter is singed from New York and she already knew about her 'ability' so I suppose that in the third book she goes to NY. Idk... I just can't wait for the third book anymore
